In New Jersey as expected, incumbent Cory Booker, who is regarded by many to be a future president, won his second Senate seat. Booker thanked New Jersey, saying, "New Jersey, I'm once again humbled by the faith you've placed in me. Thank you for standing with me and allowing me the honor of representing my home state in Washington. Our work is far from finished."
