A recall is underway of Kraft Heinz Wild Cherry Capri Sun drinks. The company said the Capri Sun drinks are being recalled since they are contaminated with cleaning solution.

Check the products with a "best used by date of June 25, 2023."

The contamination occurred after the Capri Sun drinks were mixed with a "diluted" cleaning solution that was being used on equipment in one of the company's factories.

Last year, Kraft Heinz had to recall some Country Time Lemonade, Arizona Tea, and Kool-Aid Tropical Punch in powder form in both the US and Canada. In that recall, pieces of glass and metal had been mixed into the drinks.

In a public statement, the company said they first discovered the contamination after consumer complaints came in about the taste of the Capri Sun. The statement told consumers not to drink the  Wild Cherry Capri Sun drinks, and to return them to the store where they were purchased.
