Get in the holiday spirit as adults, teens and children (in grades 5 and older), who live in Caldwell or West Caldwell, make a homemade wreath or swag and enter it in the West Caldwell Public Library's contest to compete for prizes. The wreath or swag can be made of any type of material such as pine cones, grapevine, bows, felt, wire, etc., but live evergreen is NOT acceptable. The wreath or swag should not be wider than 15" and can be either horizontal or vertical. For a complete list of the contest rules and an entry form visit the Library. Entry forms are due by Monday, December 9 at 8:00 pm. So be creative and use your imagination!
