Food historian and certified tea specialist Judith Krall-Russo will present a lecture entitled "English Tea Traditions and Royal Weddings" on Sunday, October 14 at 2:00 pm in the Community Room of the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road.

She will discuss how the British have had a love affair with tea and its customs for centuries. All classes, from the aristocracy to the working class, enjoy a nice hot cup of tea. The British also enjoy the excitement and fanfare of their monarchs’ royal weddings. Learn about English tea traditions and etiquette along with royal wedding customs and ceremonies.

Audience members are encouraged to dress in English tea party attire and a prize will be awarded to the best dressed costume.

This program, co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library, is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required. To sign-up, call the Library at 973-226-5441 or sign-up online at http://tinyurl.com/WCPL-Events. A reception will follow the program.
