Nutley Little Theatre has cast “Art of Murder", a mystery comedy to open April 10 at the NLT Barn, 47 Erie Place, Nutley.
The cast includes Bill Schineller of Mountain Lakes, Brittany Haydock of Glen Ridge, Nelson Valentin of Bloomfield, and Wendy Tiburcio of Montclair.
Evening performances will be on April 10, 11, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25. Matinee performances are on April 12, 19 and 25. Linda Ribaudo of Bloomfield will direct.
Written by Joe DiPietro, the author of “Over the River and Through the Woods” and “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change,” this play won the 2000 Edgar Award for Best Mystery Play. “Hilarious, suspenseful, surprising and dazzling in every way,” one critic said. DiPietro’s blend of comedy with his acute appreciation of the mystery genre will keep you guessing and laughing at every turn.
