Founded by Bart Oates and Rick Cerone in 1998, the Teach Our Children Foundation (TOCF) demonstrates their commitment to education by supporting educationally based organizations that are preparing our children for a bright future.
The Teach Our Children Foundation’s mission is to provide aid for educational and developmental opportunities for children of the greater Newark, New Jersey area.
The foundation's purpose is to provide funding for educational and developmental opportunities for Essex County youngsters.
The Bart Oates Rick Cerone Celebrity Golf Open is the Teach Our Children Foundation’s most significant annual fundraiser.
Each year celebrities and community members come to raise money to support the foundation’s efforts in providing educational opportunities to the youth in the Greater Newark area.
