Mount St. Dominic Academy held its 118th annual commencement on Sunday, June 1, 2014 and among the graduates were West Essex residents.

Caldwell residents: Alexis Havrilla will be attending Wheaton College. Meredith Kelley will be attending New York University-Tisch School. Erin Mihalik will be attending University of Pittsburgh. Maura Rasmusson will be attending Montclair State University.

Essex Fells: Claire Peck will be attending Villanova University.

Fairfield: Alexandra Turi will be attending Fashion Institute of Technology. Julia Turi will be attending Florida State University.

North Caldwell : Olivia Gemma will be attending Stevens Institute of Technology. Summer Orsini will be attending the University of Florida. Abigail Ortman will be attending James Madison University. Courtney Sobotka will be attending University of Scranton. Aerin Chea will be attending Pace University. Jessica Brodsky will be attending University of Maryland.

Roseland: Angela Benevenia will be attending Manhattan College. Sabrina Francisco will be attending University of Scranton. Michelle Julian will be attending The Catholic University of America. Amanda Corbosiero will be attending University of Richmond.

West Caldwell: Alexandra Agolia will be attending Sacred Heart University. Kelly Barrett will be attending Villanova University. Kathleen Bolger will be attending Gettysburg College. Kathleen Brodowski will be attending Fordham University. Alissa Casas will be attending Providence College. Madeline Morrissey will be attending University of San Francisco. Micaela Pezzolla will be attending Seton Hall University. Anjali Shah will be attending Quinnipiac University.

The graduating class of 92 students has been accepted at 184 colleges and universities and received awards totaling over $14 million in scholarships and grants.
