Actress, author and historian Trish Chambers will present a slide-lecture entitled "First Ladies of the U.S. (1789-Present)" on Wednesday, October 17 at 6:30 pm in the Community Room of the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road.
She will introduce the audience to all of the First Ladies of the U.S. from Martha Washington to Michelle Obama. Many interesting and informative facts about each woman’s legacy, contributions, and their various roles in the expansion of responsibilities associated with the office of First Lady will be discussed. This is a fascinating look at an amazing group of women.
