Due to the early onset of winter weather, the Township has directed the contractor to suspend construction on Park Street until 2015. All curb and drainage work has been completed between Walnut Street and Claremont Avenue. Work will resume in mid-March, weather permitting; however a notice will be delivered to the affected properties a week or so before construction restarts. We anticipate work will resume at Claremont Avenue and proceed toward Bloomfield Avenue and then move to the section between Walnut and Chestnut Streets.
For information purposes only, the section between Chestnut Street and Watchung Avenue has been scheduled for the summer of 2015.
