Glen Ridge Antique Show - 195 Ridgewood Avenue, at Clark Street, two blocks south of Bloomfield Avenue.
WINTER DELIGHT
You never know what you may find at the annual Glen Ridge Antique Show.

The winter calendar in Essex County reminds you to revitalize your social agenda and plan to visit the 64th Annual Glen Ridge Antiques Show at the Congregational Church on Friday, January 29th and Saturday, January 30th . It invites you to re-acquaint yourself with an old friend to share a delicious lunch or dinner at the time-honored show, or perhaps to re-visit an old portable treasure stored in your home to bring to the show's verbal appraisal service on Friday and Saturday from 1-4pm in the main room. Regular show hours are Friday, 10am-9pm, and Saturday,10am -4pm. There is a minimal $3 fee per item for appraisals by John Robert Clark of Egg Harbor Twp. and no better or more convenient way to set your antique records in order.

The popular winter fundraiser for local charities brings many good things together, especially the 28 dealers in country and formal antiques and their 19th and 20th century accessories. Headed by Norma Batastini, Ellen Auborn and Kevin Curtin, the show is sponsored by over 100 volunteers of the church's Women's Association, who work hard to present this showcase and the fine church-cooked meals and baked goods served daily in the tea room. Admission is $7 ($5 for seniors or w/ad). Our meals are $8.50/lunch and $12/dinner. Our telephone is 973-743-5596; our web site is www.glenridgeantiques.com.
