VOLPI® Amercian Crafted since 1902, hosted an event at the Spotted Pig in New York City to celebrate the launch of Season 4 of The Mind of A Chef.

The exclusive event debuted VOLPI Foods dry-cured American crafted specialty meats including Salame, Prosciutto, Coppa, Roltini and more.

On hand at the event were VOLPI executives as well as The Mind Of A Chef Executive producer Anthony Bourdain and show hosts Gabrielle Hamilton and David Kinch.
