The Montclair police have shared this information about
the alleged taping in the bathroom at Manny's Diner in Montclair.
On 07-17-2015 at approximately 2120Hrs, Officers responded to Manny’s Diner, 12 Church Street, on a report of a cellular telephone being utilized to video record patrons in the bathroom. A young juvenile observed the cellphone hidden under the bathroom sink and pointed it out their parent. Detectives secured the cellular telephone and are working with the Essex County Prosecutors Office to view its contents. Restaurant Manager Konstanti Mouritsas, 33yoa from Sayreville, was arrested and charged with Invasion of Privacy. Mr. Mouritsas has been working at that location for approximately three weeks. This investigation is ongoing.
