Meet the Caldwells Holiday Huddle: Basketball Players Team Up to Help Keep Others Warm This Winter

The teams collected and sorted nearly 200 coats for the collection.

Member of the boys and girls basketball teams from James Caldwell High School (JCHS), West Caldwell, teamed up this month to help the West Caldwell Police Department, collecting nearly 200 coats for those in need. On Saturday, December 13, team members gathered to sort, pack and deliver the coats that were collected from the district’s six school buildings. The coats were then delivered to the West Caldwell Police Department for distribution as part of the annual “Jersey Cares Coat Drive”. The coat drive continues through December 31, 2014.
