We look forward to him working with our staff and putting his skills to use to increase funding, support, and involvement, and to forge strong government, political, public, and private relationships. Walter's experience and knowledge are a great match for HOMECorp today, and will help us expand our effort to provide more affordable housing options in Montclair." says David Grill, HOMECorp's Board President.

Among Mr. Blenman's many accomplishments, he most recently spent 20 years as the Executive Director of Beulah HFDC Inc. In a statement about his new position, Mr. Blenman noted, "After spending nearly twenty years of my career in the development and management of affordable housing in NYC, I am excited to finally be able to do the same in New Jersey, in my own backyard. HOMECorp has a rich history of success in providing and managing affordable housing and I am eager to continue and expand upon that mission!"

Mr. Blenman will take over as HOMECorp's Executive Director on January 3 2017.

HOMECorp's mission is to create and maintain housing that preserves economic diversity and ignites community revitalization while fostering financial empowerment.
