Fourth Ward Councilor Renee Baskerville will host a meeting on Monday, February 20 to discuss the proposed Lewis Estates development at 40 Pleasant Avenue, Montclair. The meeting will held at 1:00 p.m. in Fire Headquarters, 1 Pine Street. The developers, engineer and realtor will attend to discuss the project and answer questions.
Other matters of importance to this neighborhood may also be discussed, time permitting. Topics may include recent crimes and traffic calming efforts. Township staff familiar with these matters will be invited to attend.
