A Busy week at Roseland Public Library

Where can kids learn how to make grilled cheese sandwiches, grow their own crystals, and enjoy The Lego Movie? At Roseland Library this week!

Foodie Friday for Kids (July 25) will feature a lesson on the classic comfort sandwich, grilled cheese, at 6 pm. Guests will unlock the mystery behind growing crystals during Wacky Science Wednesday (July 30) at 11:30 am and 3:30 pm. A screening of The Lego Movie (PG, 100 minutes) will be held on Thursday (July 31) at 6 pm,

Young adults ages 11 and up can craft their own galaxy necklaces on Thursday (July 24) at 4 pm. The YA "Real Science" series continues on Tuesday (July 29) at 4 pm with a session on animal adaptation, where guests can learn how creatures big and small have adapted over time to survive as a species. Finally, "Game On," scheduled for features a video game event including Mario Party, Just Dance, Madden, and other favorites.

Adults can get answers to their tech questions during Drop-In Tech Night this Monday (July 28) between 6 and 9 pm. No appointment is necessary. Drop-In T'ai Chi Chih continues on Tuesday (July 29) from 9:45 till 10:30, each class is $10.
